Self-care is important for our mental and physical health. However, it can be easy to forget to take care of ourselves amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. To help you stay on track, we’ve put together a self-care checklist. This checklist includes simple activities that you can do every day to take care of yourself.

Get enough sleep: Aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.


Eat well: Eat a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.


Exercise: Make time for regular physical activity, even if it’s just a short walk.


Practice mindfulness: Take a few minutes each day to meditate, practice deep breathing, or do yoga.

Practice gratitude: Take time each day to reflect on the things in your life that you are grateful for.
