How To Remove Dark Circles

We advise choosing from the list of home remedies below to treat these unsightly marks in addition to the treatments mentioned above. If not treated right away, puffiness and panda eyes caused by dark under-eye circles will eventually become permanent.

Here are some proven home remedies for treating dark circles at home:

1.Cold tea bags:

Using cold tea bags is one of the most efficient and simple techniques to eliminate these dark under-eye spots. Try using green tea or chamomile tea bags for the best results. Coffee may also be used because it increases blood flow and has a quicker healing effect on these unsightly marks.

How should cold tea bags be used?

Put the bags in water, then chill them in the refrigerator. Take them out of the freezer and place them over your eyes firmly for 10 to 15 minutes. Continue as necessary.

2.Grated cucumber or potato:

One of the best at-home treatments for regular skincare is grated cucumber or potato. They also aid in reducing the puffiness around the eyes. These calming vegetables have anti-inflammatory properties that aid in reducing inflammation around the eyes and preventing darkening. They also include vitamins, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds.

How should I use potatoes or cucumbers?

Grate the potatoes or cucumber, then apply it to your eyes. After 10 to 12 minutes, relax and take them off. As an alternative, you could use the juice from some potatoes or cucumbers. Put some juice on a cotton ball, then place it over your eyes. Be careful to protect your undereyes. Rinse it off with cold water after 1 to 3 minutes.

3. Cold Raw Milk :

Cold raw milk can be used to naturally soothe and cleanse the sensitive skin around the eyes. Lactic acid, which is present in milk, strengthens skin cells and reduces puffiness. This calcium-rich liquid also has potassium, which helps the skin retain moisture and make more collagen, giving you smoother skin.

 How should milk be used?

Before putting a cotton ball over the eye, gently dab it with milk. After a short while, continue as is and then rinse your eyes with cold water. Every week, repeat at least three times.

 4. Aloe Vera lotion:

Skin that is properly hydrated will be healthier for longer and be less prone to wrinkles. The fact that Aloe Vera gel is a natural moisturizer helps to nourish the skin cells more deeply and strengthens their resistance to environmental factors. Furthermore, multiple early aging symptoms like fine lines and wrinkles are slowed down by its regular application.

How can I use aloe vera?

First, wash your face with a  sulfate-free face wash. With a soft towel, pat it dry. Before going to bed, gently massage aloe vera gel under your eyes for 5-7 minutes. Refrain from rinsing unless you feel sticky and unpleasant.

5. Rose Water :

Rosewater is a rejuvenating and refreshing remedy that treats almost all skin types and skin-related issues. It is unquestionably grandma's magic cure. It also has a mild compressive quality, making it an effective skin toner.

How to use rosewater?

Use a face wash that is free of sulfates and preferably has Himalayan Water added. Pat your face dry with a  soft towel. After soaking the eyelids in rose water, cover them with cotton eye pads. Continue for 10–15 minutes. Repeat it nightly for a month to get the best results.
